My gift

Steve calls our kids Pride (Jeff) Joy (Eti) and Gratitude (Chloe), for how each child makes him feel. Almost every time we sit and watch her we say to each other "Wow, God is so good to us!".

This was one of those crazy 90 degree hot days we had, she was running around wearing the shirt I made for her last Summer. I like the 1940's design how it crossed over in the back.

I have this quote hanging up next to my computer, to remind me to keep my eyes open to what I have here at home. There are views in my home that are more beautiful than any vista in Ireland.

I think I needed that reminder to "look for the art" in my own home. So often I miss it. I love that shirt you made.

I love that last picture, her eyes look so pretty! The first one is great, too, nice and WET and HAPPY!

The photos are so full of joy!

I had that pattern in every size for my girls back in the day. That dates me, since patterns are multi-sized now.
:)
I even made them in corduroy to go over a t-neck and pants for wintertime. Sometimes in contrasting fabrics so that they could be reversible.

That quote? Love that.
