I have been meaning to send you a note in the mail, but my days just keep getting away from me, so before it gets too late, I will comment here...

I wanted to THANK you so very much for the photo...my jaw dropped when we received it in the mail....and I thought to myself did I tell Joanna how much that photo was loved over here!?!? So I went to your blog looked for the post with that photo to see if I had ever commented telling you about it...but found no comments from me (as I age I am getting more and more forgetful so I was not sure if I had said anything or not)...anyhow my 15 year old daughter LOVES looking at your photos and gets very excited when you post...and when she saw that photo when you posted it after your trip to Ireland she said to me that she absolutely LOVED that photo and for several months now she has putting so much thought into how she wants to redecorate and paint her room, and that picture has become her inspiration!!! She said she would love to have that picture in her room! She even wanted to have big photo like that one on her one wall that has no windows as a main focal point and she has been looking all over, and even found a couple she kind of liked at IKEA, but was having no luck finding something that compares to THAT photo. She & I were so excited when we received this one from you...we both felt it was a gift from God...it is just beautiful!

I can not really put into words how much of a blessing this was...you don't even know!!! I just want you to know how much we appreciate your thoughtfulness!!! I wish I could truly convey our feelings!

As for the girly pink, enjoy it for the season, now mine is into orange or teal and all excited about going to the Jet Propulsion Lab's open house!

Love the second shot, very cool. I haven't dare to take my boys to such an event.They seem to be kickboxing each other on a daily basis, imagaine what they would do after such an awesome event.
