It all started when we went to the store to get milk, I hear Jeff in the back seat "Ummm Mom my gum fell out of my mouth into Chloe's car seat, I think it is in her hair or something"
And then Eti starts crying, he has to go to the bathroom, Right NOW! So I grab him out of the van into the parking lot maybe a bush nearby? But then a work van full of a motley crew of men park right in front of us. Too late anyway Eti is peeing all down his jeans all on me ...
Problems with the muffler, Steve is out in the freezing cold trying to look at it.
Good ol' Joel. My brother and resident car hero/mechanic. He let us borrow a car while we get this one worked on.
"Hey Joel let me grab a picture of you real quick"
"What do you want me to do?"
"Just stand there and look pretty"

What motivates you to get out of
bed in the morning?
What moves you?
Inspires you?
Here are a few of mine...

"Was that a good smile Mom?"

"What am I boring you?!"

"Oh come on, that is so fake!"

"I know I was tricking you!"
"look right in the camera Mommy is trying to get catch lights"

"Hey Mom look, the 'I love you sign'!"

"Can you believe God loves us this much-- I mean look at her!" -- (Steve 2/6/05)

She is 15 months old and technically I should have started weaning her from the bottle at 12 months. But I am hanging on to her babyhood by threads. She is walking now, saying a few words, and she is probably my last. Just a few more days with the bottle and a chance to hold her while she is still.

This picture captures her name more than any other. The sweet old fashioned feel.
Chloe Mae

"Children grow up so fast.
Time passes by so quickly.
Let's bake some cookies today
and see if time will wait".
(A quote Shanda's Mom gave to her..Shanda who said it?)
